Routine appointments are for 10 minutes. Urgent appointments may by necessity be shorter. In certain cases and at the doctor's discretion, it may be possible to book longer appointments for complex cases.

Requests for an appointment can either be made in person at the surgery or by telephoning the practice on 01443 476505.

Appointments may be pre-booked up to two weeks in advance, but some appointments are kept for booking only on the day in order to increase availability for urgent or immediate problems. The doctor allocated then will not necessarily be the doctor of your choice. If you wish to see a specific doctor you may have to wait for a longer period of time before the consultation.

Please note there is no Saturday morning surgery.

Blood tests, blood pressure checks, contraceptive advice and travel immunisations can be arranged by appointment with the nurse or the health care assistant.
