Ancillary Clinical Staff
We have regular support from pharmacists who are provided by Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB). Our pharmacists are specialists in regard to medication, and carry out many patient medication reviews, supporting the doctors clinically in this important area.
CTMUHB also support local practices with the provision of an excellent Occupational Therapy team. An Occupational Therapist supports people to live at home, in their own community, independently. For more information about the Occupational Therapists, click here.
Patients who need various treatments at home may require the service of the district nurses who are attached to the practice. The district nurse team is based in Mountain Ash Hospital and can be contacted on 01443 444069.
